| Video Discription | A man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting inside of a Chick-fil-A restaurant outside of Dallas has been arrested. Irving police said Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, 37, was booked into the jail early Thursday morning. Police say Argueta shot and killed two people inside the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Wednesday. An ICE Spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital the suspect was in the U.S. illegally. "ICE lodged an immigration detainer with the Irving Police Department on Mendoza," the official told Fox News. A woman told FOX 4, "We think that our kids are going to be safe when they leave the home to make some extra money and when they get here, something happens. And this is too close.
