INGREDIENTS :
Refined Oil 2 tblspn
Cumin seeds 1 tblspn
Ginger (chop) 1/2 tblspn
Green Chillies (chop) 1/2 tblspn
Green Capsicum (chop) 20 gms
Corn Kernels 10 gms
Carrot (boiled) 20 gms
Green peas (boiled) 20 gms
Cauliflower(boiled) 20 gms
Tomatoes (chop) 20 gms
Boiled potatoes (mashed)40 gms
Turmeric powder 1/2 tblspn
Coriander powder 1 tblspn
Red Chilli powder 1 tblspn
Pao Bhaji Masala 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander 2 tblspn
BATTER :
Whole wheat 4 tblspn
Water 4 tblspn
Salt 1/2 tspn
Cornflakes (to crumb) 50 gms
Burger Buns 02 nos
Butter 2 tblspn
Mint chutney 4 tblspn
Lettuce 10 gms
Cheese slice 02 nos
Onion slice 02 nos
Tomato Slice 02 nos
Cottage cheese slice 02 nos
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds . When it starts crackling , add ginger & green chillies. Saute for a minute.
2. Add green capsicum , corn kernels & cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add all other ingredients except fresh coriander . Cook it well & mash with the help of Masher.
4. Finish with fresh chop coriander and keep it aside to cool.
5. Apply little oil in hand & make patties of the vegetable mixture. Coat with batter made of whole wheat , salt & water.
6. Crumb with crushed Cornflakes & airfry for 15 minutes at 180 degree celsius till crispy & golden brown.
7. Meanwhile, slice the burger bun from centre , apply melted butter & sear on hot pan till crispy.
8. Assemble the burger bun by applying mint chutney on the bun , lettuce , air fried vegetable patty, cheese slice , onion , tomato & then cottage cheese. Finish with some more of mint chutney & cover with the other half sliced bun.
9. Serve hot with Mint Chutney
