| Video Discription | Today I’m checking out LOL Surprise Tweens Costume Surprise! This one is Hoops Cutie. There are four different dolls to collect. Each one comes with an inflatable costume.  There is a built in fan to inflate the costume. It does not hold the air in and will start deflating when the fan is turned off. This is a pretty cool idea. You can play with the doll in or out of its costume. The fan is a little loud and I wish it would stay inflated when the fans turned off.  The doll comes in a little fabric jumper. The other accessories are plastic and fit on over the jumper.  overall, I think it’s a cool idea. Let me know what you think.
