Steven Wilson’s songwriting is simply exquisite - especially when paired with Gavin Harrison’s otherworldly drumming or Colin Edwin’s attention-grabbing grooves. In this video I break down the song’s main bass line (tabs / notation included) and discuss how the song’s slow-burn build stems from the bass line’s quirky ingredients.
