The caption says 350°F but it is actually 300°F. Sorry!! Cream*: 2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup sugar *make more if needed later to decorate the outside of the cake Assembly: 4-5 ripe mangos optional: other fruits for decoration optional: white & milk chocolate for chocolate plaque. optional: 1 tbsp apricot jam + 1 tbsp water for shiny glaze finish.
