EMAIL US -- Info@TastyliciousEats.com -- Ingredients For Panna Cotta 1 cup of whole milk 2 cups of heavy cream 1 - .25 ounce packet of unflavored powdered gelatin ⅓ cup of white sugar 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract Ingredients For Mango Puree 1 - 16 oz bag of frozen mango chunks, thawed 2 teaspoons of lemon juice ⅔ cup of agave syrup Directions For Panna Cotta Place milk in a small pan. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin evenly over the surface. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place the pan with gelatin on low heat until gelatin dissolves. Do not let boil. In a medium saucepan add your heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat on medium and let simmer until the sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the heat. Add your gelatin mixture and stir until smooth. Let cool, then add to serving glasses. Pour your panna cotta in each glass until about ⅔ of the way full. Place the glasses in the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours to overnight. To a blender add the mango chunks, agave syrup, and lemon juice. Blend the mixture until smooth (about 30 seconds). Pour the mango puree into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Once your panna cotta mix has set fill the remainder of the glass with the mango puree. Garnish your panna cotta and serve. Enjoy!! |
