| Video Discription | Mantra for Long Life | लंबी आयु के लिए मंत्र पश्येम शरदः शतम् । जीवेम शरदः शतम् ।। बुध्येम शरदः शतम् । रोहेम शरदः शतम् ।। पूषेम शरदः शतम् । भवेम शरदः शतम् ।। भूयेम शरदः शतम् । भूयसीः शरदः शतात् ।। Pashyem Sharadah Shatam | Jeevem Sharadah Shatam || Budhyem Sharadah Shatam | Rohem Sharadah Shatam || Pushem Sharadah Shatam | Bhavem Sharadah Shatam || Bhuyem Sharadah Shatam | Bhuyasihi Sharadah Shataat || वेद हमारे मन मस्तिष्क को सकारात्मकता से ओतप्रोत करने में समर्थ हैं । अथर्ववेद का ये श्लोक इसका सटीक उदाहरण हैं जिसमे ईश्वर से सौ साल की आयु मांगी गयी हैं । जीवन जीने तथा संसार को देखने समझने ज्ञान प्राप्त करने विकसित होने स्वस्थ रहने तथा प्रसिद्धि पाने के लिए । इस प्रार्थना को करते समय आप शरीर की दस मुख्य नसों को जागृत करने वाली शंख मुद्रा का प्रयोग कर सकतें हैं । ये मुद्रा शंख के आकर के समान होती हैं । इस मुद्रा में बाये अंगूठे को दाहिने अंगूठे के सबसे निचले भाग पर रखें अब दाएं हाथ के अंगूठे के सबसे ऊपर वाले भाग को बाएं हाथ की तर्जनी याने पहली ऊँगली के ऊपर वाले भाग से छुए बाकी बची तीनो उँगलियों को दाहिने हाथ के हतेली के पीछे वाले भाग पर रखें । इस मुद्रा का उपयोग बारी बारी से दोनों हाथों से करें । The Vedas are expansive they have the capability to fill your mind with positivity. Wrap the 4 fingers of the right hand around the left thumb. Join the tip of the right thumb with the tip of the left index finger; the other 3 fingers are placed on the back of the right palm. Perform the mudra reversing the hands too.
