So as per the law of mean reversal, like to come back Cons: - Higher expense ratio (almost all sectoral and hybrid funds suffer from this problem) but Navi is proposing to charge an expense ratio of 0.15% for a direct plan which is the lowest in the category- Higher concentration risk (since this is a sectoral fund, you are getting concentrated around a sector). So study further how it aligns with your current portfolio. |
