Okay, so it's not a real 'Fudge' recipe like you buy at the plowing match or the fall fair... but no-one has ever passed up a piece of this stuff. Ingredients: 3 cups sugar 3/4 cup melted butter 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups of large marshmallows or 3 1/2 cups small marshmallows Method: In a large saucepan mix sugar, melted butter and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly bring to a rolling boil, then boil for 5 minutes while still stirring. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, then vanilla and finally marshmallows. Pour into a 9X13 greased pan. Cool for a few hours and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
