Ingredients required: Cashews - ½ cup Gram flour - ¾ cup hot ghee - 1 tablespoon hot oil - 1 tablespoon Curry leaves - 1 sprig cooking soda - pinch Salt Oil for deep frying How to make Kaju Pakoda: 1.Take flour, cashews, in a mixing bowl. 2.To this add all other ingredients mentioned in the list - (except oil for frying) 3.Mix well. Add water gradually to form a thick batter. 4.Heat oil in a kadai. Once heated, lower the flame. 8.Take a small portion of the battered coated kaju and flatten it roughly. Drop it in oil gently. 9.Repeat to fill the kadai. Let it be undisturbed for 2 minutes. 10.After that, stir occasionally and fry on low flame.
