Put Salt, Turmeric Powder & Lemon Juice on them. Take a pan, put Mustard Oil & some Salt in it & fry the Ladies' Finger in it & take out them. In the remaining Oil, put Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida & finely chopped Onion & cook it on medium flame. Put Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder in the roasted Gram Flour. Mix them all & put them in the pan. Cook the masala & Onion by adding Water in it. Then put Tomato, Ginger & Green Chili Paste, Salt & Garam Masala then cover it & cook it for 3-4 mins on medium flame. When it releases Oil, put some whisked Curd & stir it continuously then cook them. Put dried Fenugreek Leaves, Coriander Leaves & fried Ladies' Finger. Mix them & cook them for some time. Serve the Tasty Dhaba Style Masala Bhindi with Onions, Tomatoes & Lemon Slices.
