Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/SooperChef Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SooperChef Twitter: https://twitter.com/SooperChefpk Website: https://www.SooperChef.pk Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/SooperChef YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/SooperChef?sub_confirmation=1 Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@sooperchefpk #VadaPav #streetFood #SooperChef Ingredients for Gram flour batter: Gram flour 1 cup Salt 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Water as required Ingredients for Vada: Oil 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp Green chilies (chopped) 2-3 tbsp Curry leaves 2-3 Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg Gram flour batter as required Oil (for frying) as required Ingredients for Dry Vada Pav chutney: Peanuts 1/4 cup Red chili powder 1 tbsp Garlic cloves 3 Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup Salt 1/4 tsp Red whole chilies 10-12 Ingredients for green chutney: Green Coriander 1/2 cup Mint leaves 1/4 cup Onion 1/4 cup Green chilies 3-5 Tomatoes 1/4 cup Garlic cloves 3-4 Lemon juice 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Water as required Directions for Gram Flour batter preparation: 1. In a bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, water and mix well. Your gram flour batter is ready. set aside. Directions for Vada Preparation: 2. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Now add curry leaves and mix well. Add green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes, salt, boiled potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside and let it cool at room temperature. 4. Now take the potato mixture and make small potato balls. Dip them in gram flour batter and fry on medium flame until light golden in color. 5. Your vada is ready. set aside. Directions for Dry Vada Pav Chutney preparation: 6. Heat a pan and add whole red chilies. Roast for 1 minute. 7. Now add coconut, garlic, peanuts and cook for 1 minute. 8. Transfer the prepared mixture into grinder and add salt, red chili powder, garlic cloves and grind well. Your dry vada pav chutney is ready. Directions for green chutney preparation: 9. In a blender add coriander, mint, onion, tomatoes, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, water and blend well. Your green chutney is ready. Directions for Assembling: 10. Take the pav bread, spread the green chutney and dry vada pav chutney in it, place the vada in it, add some dry vada pav chutney and cover with top bun. 11. Press the bun gently and your vada pav is ready.
