When Jeremy first started, he was never expecting to build his career in the technical trade of printing. Ten years later he can run every press at his plant location, trains new or growing Press Operators, and supports his family with his career at MCC. He attributes his success to two things: 1. a Press Operator he once worked as Pit Crew (Press Support) for who believed in him and was willing to spend time showing him how to run a press, and 2. His own perseverance including a willingness to say "yes" to opportunities offered to him - even those on third shift or that may have appeared as a step back before a launch forward.
