Sliced green chilli 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1.5 tbsp mdh Chicken biryani masala 1 cup boiled rice 1 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp chopped mint 1 tbsp brown onion 2 tsp milk Desi ghee 2 tsp Preparation: Take 500gm chicken in a bowl and add oil, ginger and garlic paste, MDH Lal Mirch powder, MDH Haldi powder, lemon juice, yogurt and salt- rub them into a homogeneous mixture and marinate it. For the gravy, fry 2 tbsp oil, chopped ginger and garlic, chopped tomatoes, sliced green chilli and MDH chicken biryani masala. Add the now-marinated chicken to it and stir them together, and cook until the chicken becomes golden and tender. Take half the chicken and keep it aside, then layer it with boiled rice. Keep adding layers of chopped coriander, mint, brown onion. Add MDH Chicken biryani masala and and layer it again with boiled rice, chopped coriander, mint and brown onion. Finish up the layering by adding 2 tsp milk and desi ghee. Cook for 5-7 minutes, and surprise family and guess with delicious chicken biryani! |
