Ronnie is a studio manager and camera operator and is responsible for managing the camera gear at MediaMonks. He walks us through the gear, from ARRI cameras to QR-coded cables and a secret vault containing the most expensive equipment. We also have a chat about how to organize camera gear, the most popular camera gear, equipment tags, camera kits, and how Ronnie uses equipment management software Cheqroom to keep track of all the gear and to know which camera to buy next. The role as an equipment manager has taught Ronnie a lot. He will share his best tips for other equipment managers and gives advice on how to manage all this gear. We will also hear what cool projects he has been working on at MediaMonks and shares the highs and the lows when it comes to being a studio manager. In the end, we visit a shoot, taking place in one of the cool MediaMonks studios.
