It is hard to have a mind that is calm and at peace when you feel unworthy of compassion for yourself. Remind yourself daily of the love you deserve, and you will pass it along to all the other wonderful people in your life. It’s true! This session contains spoken guided meditation dialogue for a bit over 9 minutes, followed by about 3 minutes of ambient music meditation for 12 minutes in total. Free yourself of anxiety and fear and embrace self-love and compassion!
