Remove ground beef from the packaging and place onto the board or in bowl. 2. Add onion powder, seasoning salt, adobo all purpose seasoning, garlic powder, and sazon culantro y achiote. 3. Mix the season into the ground beef with your hands. 4. Heat skillet on stove. 5. Place beef into the skillet and breakdown beef. 6. Once the beef is cooked to your liking remove the pan from the stove. 7. Grab dough and place onto a plate. 8. Place the beef on top of the dough. 9. Add cheese on top of beef. 10.
