| Video Discription | Zakir Dholpuri - an exponential harmonium musician. He is the son of Late padmshree Ustad Mehmood Dholpuri (Harmonium Nawaz). He is also an accompanist to renowned Hindustani vocalists such as Iqbal ahmad khan, Kishori Amonkar and Ustad Ghulam Sadiq Khan. His Father Ustad Mehbood Dholpuri was awarded by fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2006, for his contributions to Music, making him the first harmonium player to receive the award. He would be performing in Alakh on 19th December' 2019 along with other exponential musicians. |
