| Video Discription | Milk Mochi | Tteok | Rice Cake | 우유떡 Today's menu is Milk Tteok/Mochi/Rice Cake. 'Tteok (떡)' is a Korean word for rice cake/mochi. It's not exactly the proper way to make Tteok, but it is A LOT quicker to make compared to the traditional way which involves steaming the glutinous rice flour. It doesn't taste as nice tho... (Texture isn't as chewy? either) However it's a good alternative way to quickly make Tteok in case you are craving some. It would be much nicer if you use fill it up with some sweet red bean paste.
