Draw along with these timed exercises and try to enjoy the process of creating rather than the end result. You will need: at least 2 sheets of paper, and some drawing tools - pens, pencils, pastel, crayon, anything! In this warm up, re-energise and shake out your worries. In support of the recovery curriculum, the Creative Mindfulness series has been designed as a school resource to help students relax, recuperate, and refocus in class, as well as to inspire creativity. We encourage teachers to use these videos in the classroom as a lesson starter for any subject, to begin or end the day, or as a creative prompt for art lessons. Each of the 7 activities have been broken down into step by step chapters you can join in with.
