| Video Discription | Having driven the Mach-E and experienced other EV’s…I have yet to drive a Tesla other than be a passenger. Well today I did just that in this 2021 Model 3 Long Range and…I kind of want one now. 1st point: The quality was good. Yes you heard me, inside was build well, was solid and the 2021 interior refresh is welcoming with the improved materials and insulation. 2: The acceleration for JUST being the Long Range is outstanding & the steeringwheel has to be one of my favorites I’ve ever experienced in terms of the size and shape. Just a subtle motor whine when acceleration is perfect to convey the immense speed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Alllcarnews Spec Sheet: Under the Model 3 is the addition of a new heat pump for the battery which was introduced on the Model Y. The Model 3 Dual Motor Long Range also got a boost up to 353miles with 0-60 in 4.2sec, and the Performance can do 315miles and 0-60 in 3.1sec with a 162MPH TopSpeed. 🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3: I like the center screen..but, it takes time getting used to nothing infant of you. This was compounded by the slightly higher driving position and seats that still aren’t the most comfortable, only minor complaints though. 4: Autopilot works great on the highway & the FSD (full self driving) beta visualization is CRAZY good… still personally like to be in control of the car and would definitely like to try the true FSD beta function! Final thoughts: Well… yes, I can now say this is a better EV, in fact just a better car than the Mach-E in terms of technology, integration and just general experience. I was left very impressed, but hey that’s just me!
