| Video Discription | On April 21, two days after the completion of the first phase of polling, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at a rally in Rajasthan and referred to Muslims in India as “those who have a large number of children” and claimed that former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said (in 2006) “Muslims had the first claim on the country’s resources”. He alleged that the 2024 Congress manifesto proposes to distribute people’s wealth among Muslims if the party is elected to power.
