| Video Discription | In this edition of "One Take", it's the 1961 song "Moon River" - composed by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Johnny Mercer. The original was performed by Audrey Hepburn in the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's", and it has been recorded countless times since then. As always, the process is the same: I record the vibraphone part first along with a click track (in this case a very crappy sounding drum beat that I programmed into Logic). Then I record the piano - that's it. One take for both.
