| Video Discription | Don’t skip this video if… You’re a couple with a combine income of $12K and have a HDB of 5 years old. 🏠 Because… You may be in the exact situation as my Sis-in-law. As soon as her Bukit Batok HDB hit the 5 year mark, we sold sold it at $800K while her neighbours were competing to sell at $850K. As we sold the HDB quickly, we were able to get a good deal on a popular resale condo just nearby. While many of her neighbours missed the chance just because they wanted another $50K and today, the HDB can only sell at $750K. 🥲 So lesson learnt? Remember to always stick to the plan! After selling their HDB… My Sis-in-law made $290K. So we stick to the plan and bought a $1.33M Resale condo in Jurong which will be used for own stay. 🏘️ And I am still helping her husband get another investment property for rental passive income. But we have not taken any action yet due to the higher interest rates, and other factors. Will keep you guys updated! ✅ My Sis-in-law & her husband are currently in their 30s and is projected to have both their houses valued at $2.5M when they reach 65yo. And they’ll be able to sell both houses for $2.5M, and downgrade to a HDB around $500K, and retire with $2M cash. 💰 Oh and also don’t forget to add on the money they’ll get from CPF when they retire too!
