Now add 1/4 cup water and mix into a smooth paste and set aside. Soak the tamarind in hot water and make the tamarind juice and set aside Process: Heat the oil in a clay pan or skillet. Add oil and mustard, Fenugreek, cumin. Add chopped onion, green chillies and chopped garlic and cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes till it turns to light brown. Now add the chopped onions, Tomatoes and cook well..Now add the ground masala paste and mix it, continue to fry over medium heat for 3 minutes until the water dries and the oil separates. Now add the tamarind juice, give a mix and then add the required amount of water. Add coconut milk and mix it.Cover and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes until the oil separates. Reduce heat to low, and add cleaned fish and cover it and cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Serve with white rice.
