Mutton liver is considered to be very healthy meat and is often eaten for nutrition, to recover from sickness, and in places where the temperature is very low, for maintenance of body heat. Mutton liver is rich in protein and Iron. It is very good for health especially for kids. So here's the recipe from my kitchen to yours Happy Cooking ! Eat Good. Feel Good Ingredients : 250 gms Mutton Liver To remove the unpleasant odour from the liver : Soak liver in : 1 tsp Vinegar Water as required For the Masala Paste : 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil) 50 gms Shallots 12 gms (5 to 6 flakes) Garlic 8 gms Ginger (roughly chopped) 4 nos. Dry Red Chillies 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Peppercorns 1 tsp Fennel Seeds ½ tsp Cumin Seeds 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp Water for grinding Other Ingredients : 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil) 2 sticks Cinnamon 2 nos. Green Cardamoms 1 Bay Leaf 100 gms Onion (sliced) ½ tsp Turmeric Powder Few Curry Leaves 100 ml Water (to be used after rinsing the blender jar) ½ tsp Salt (or as per taste) 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp Lemon Juice Few Curry Leaves 1 tsp Pepper Powder (or as per taste) Few Coriander Leaves Note : tsp is teaspoon tbsp is tablespoon For detailed recipe please watch the video.
