| Video Discription | 119 km Bengaluru Mysuru Expressway project on NH-275 is an under construction 6-10 lane access-controlled highway with a route alignment in Karnataka. This mix of brownfield-upgrade (60%) and greenfield (40%) project was envisioned as an alternate to the now-scrapped Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises (NICE) Road. The expressway is expected to be inaugurated and opened in March 2023. This project under Bharatmala Pariyojana (BMP) had a prior deadline of October 2022. It consists of 2 phases: 58 km Phase 1 between #Bengaluru – Nidaghatta and 61 km Phase 2 between Nidaghatta – #Mysore It will have a total of 19 large bridges, 44 small bridges and 4 railway overbridges (ROBs) and 50 underpasses for vehicles and pedestrians. Greenfield sections will form bypasses around #Bidadi (7 km), #Ramanagara Channapatna (22 km), #Maddur (7 km including 3.5 km of elevated highway), #Mandya (10 km) and #Srirangapatna (7 km).
