A Large Left Atrial Myxoma we operated minimally invasively. The patient had several challenges: recent EVAR with residual thrombosed iliac aneurysm, large tumor attached to the fossa ovalis, and last but not least he had no insurance. Therefore we planned a humanitarian intervention, with the highest chance for the patient for a brief and free-from-complication post-op stay. We did a PET CT and a Heart CT, to plan the minimal invasive approach, and used a series of tips and tricks that made this procedure easy and successful for the patient.
