We are upleveling and how can our body and mind do it at more of the same pace? Tantra and NeoTantra are really the technology of the heart as well as the technology of love and intimacy. How can we deepen into the rhythm of relationship? How do we synchronize and amplify the best in each other? Finding our resonance points for our greatest vitality, as well as accessing our ecstatic energy and learning how to have conscious relationship with it that is dynamic, still and nourishing. Being in conscious relationship with life energy, developing devotion and meaningfulness, as well as being more conscious in every waking moment. NeoTantra brings us practices to develop that incredible consciousness in the body. Everything that is described from the intimate devotional perspective has incredible scientific backup. What is the scientific ground behind pleasure? How does it evolve us and bring us into a masterful intelligence? It is all interrelated. There are fears that intimacy will take us down a bad road and we become very cautious, which has cut us off from higher states of intelligence that the brain can only access when it’s lighting up in some of those pleasure states. Creating still points to reset the nervous system to a more authentic intimacy alignment. Everyone has desire for closeness and meaningfulness in their lives and that can be accessed solo or in partnership. When we learn how to access this energy inside ourselves and learn how to cultivate and channel it in our bodies it is a very real experience that then begins to loosen up the contractions we have around intimacy in other places in our lives. Intimacy is not just about sex: it’s our ability to be seen, to be truly touched. Life becomes more integrated: we feel more, we’re more radiant, we’re more confident, we’re more fulfilled and then having sex and being sexual is an addition to a fulfillment that already exists inside.
