I recently discovered this art therapy process and I love it! It's a wonderful way to create moments of mindfulness, relaxation and balance in our lives. In this video, I explain the basics of neurographic art and show you step by step how to do it. It's an easy and inexpensive way to get creative while focusing on the present moment.

Here’s a list of the materials I used for this painting:
* watercolor paper (hot pressed)
* artist tape
* a piece of plexiglass to tape my paper in place
* a Zig dual tip waterproof marker in black
* water colors by Mungyo
* water
* paint brushes in different sizes
* coloring pencils
* a white Posca paint pen
The music for this video was provided by the You Tube Audio library.
I recorded my video using my iPhone 12 and edited my video using iMovie.
