I was inspired by this clip with @youup on the @joerogan channel: https://youtu.be/9LUm51Z-Ii0 and this led me to read Allen Carr’s ‘The Easy Way to Control Drinking’. It's no exaggeration to say that this video and this book changed my life. As I explain in the video, I’m certainly not trying to preach the alcohol-free way of life, but if you are questioning your relationship with alcohol, maybe this will help a little. I certainly found hearing other people’s stories helped me. Enjoy :) |
