| Video Discription | I just moved to New Mexico from Colorado and stoked to explore this State. This is my first mountain bike ride in New Mexico and it didn’t disappoint. This trail’s name is Dragons Back. This trail is located about an hour north of Albuquerque, New Mexico within Sandoval County. Dragons Back is part of the White Mesa or White White Ridge BLM trail system. This trail is a blue with climbs and flowy downhills. Once you get to the Dragons Back Extension trail, it is considered a Black Diamond due to its steep descent. Consider riding this trail South to North. To get there, you will have to get off Highway 550 and drive on gravel road for about 4 miles until you reach the Parking lot named White Mesa BLM parking lot. I am riding on a Yeti SB140.
