Dipam will also soon exit 19% stake in Paradeep Phosphate to get Rs 800 cr. Dipam will file DRHP for IPOs of Wapcos, National Seeds Corp before June 30 to shed 25% stake in each. It will call for financial bids in HLL, PDIL in Q2 and aims to issue EOIs for IMPCL sale in May.
