Being into the business of beautician she use to travel a lot with her team. She says that "traveling has opened my eyes and taste buds to different cultures and experiences."
Asking her about 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 she says that "she use to make ice creams right from her school days. With little smile on her face she elaborates - in the beginning i was making it using softel. Gradually i learnt the method of making icecream from my parents. For my family homemade ice cream is not just only a special summer treat enjoyed by the entire family but in any season or a day they believe in eating iceceam not in one or two scoops but a king size i.e. they eat ice creams as lunch or dinner."
Talking more about her 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 she says that " I grew up in a Patel family where daily meals were the center of our day. Having grown up with Indian spices and bold ingredients, I enjoy incorporating these ideas into everyday cooking to create delectable, healthy dishes that deliver big flavors."
After lockdown her business as a beautician got silent. But she didn't loose hope and with full courage she immerse her childhood passion of making customized home made icecreams into profession. In short timespan of five to six months, through mouth publicity she gained huge popularity and having 30 plus regular ice cream lovers clientele. From her income she also brought commercial freezer for storing ample amount of flavourful ice creams.
Talking about the 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 she says that ice cream is made in three parts. Milk Base, Churning and Freezing. It is a mixture of milk, cream, sugar, flavours and sometimes other ingredients that has been frozen into a soft, creamy delight using special techniques. 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 she says that many a times I need to customize the flavours as per client requirements. From Rose Coconut to Coffee Walnut, Belgium Chocolate to American Nuts to Seasonal Fresh Fruits, the flavors are endless. On and average she have 15 plus flavours in her menu which ranges from 200 to 350 INR for 500 ml (depends upon flavor).
I tasted two flavoursome icecreams of her like Orange and Coffee Walnut. It’s cold, less sugary, creamy & completely natural. And that burst of orange fruit-filled, nutty and natural coffee flavors was incredibly refreshing. I love the texture she provides most of the sensual appeal of ice cream, and it’s maddeningly ephemeral: firm on the spoon yet creamy in the mouth as it melts. Talking about 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 she says that using good and fresh quality ingredients is the ultimate motto to avoid imparting a stale flavour to the ice cream. Her home made ice creams are available only on prior orders.
Other than icecreams she is indulged in making food items like varied ranges of
