| Video Discription | How to fast for 24 hours | With no water no food | Nirjala Ekadashi In this video I will talk about how to fast with no food and water for 24 hours and still have strength the next day morning. Before Ekadashi on Dashami I eat along with my normal breakfast dates to have glucose as an energy. Lunch also I eat very nicely, with nice grains, then again finish it with dates. I avoid eating very light foods for breakfast and lunch. Since they occupy space in the stomach and immediately get digested leaving you with no more energy. But on the place of dinner I eat eigther water melon or drink lots of drinks like water, orange juice etc. I mean a lot. I keep on sipping every now and then. Ekadashi begins with the Sun rise. That's why the day of Ekadashi I wake up before Sun rise and again drink as much as I can. When Sun rises I stop eating and drinking for 24 hours. The day of Ekadashi I don't exercise. I don't do much phisycal activity but engage myself with devotional activities. That way I am able to fast with no water and no food. Happy Ekadashi!
