It will be 45-minutes in length + your Physio will complete work before/after appointment to ensure completeness, save your precious time. ➡️ 2. An in-depth subjective assessment. Which includes; precise questioning, visial inspection of your injury and surrounding areas, assessment of posture, testing out of your muscles, ligaments, nerves, joints, tendons + special tests. We also complete a functional movement analysis as required. ➡️ 3. Receive a diagnosis ➡️ 4. Receive an explanation of your diagnosis, including all necessary details. ➡️ 5. An estimated timeframe of recovery ➡️ 6. Advice, soaked in research and evidence. ➡️ 7. Creation of your personalised rehab programme (sent over to you to use in the FREE exercise app - our patients LOVE it! -- and as a PDF in case you want to print it off) ➡️ 8. Outcome measure sent over to you, to mark objectively how you are today and so we can see how we are progressing. ➡️ 9. We are able to write letters upon requests to your GP/Doctor, or to your work. ➡️ 10.
