| Video Discription | I haven't talked about this before, but I suffer from Chronic Depression, and I've made some really bad choices about it. But I'm learning how to live with it now, and I hope that, if you're watching this, you can learn to live with yours as well. I've made up a visual concept that works for myself, I'd like to share it with you all, maybe it'll help. It's all about looking life differently. Looking at the small things in life as huge wins, and about using these wins to make rungs on a ladder, which I can then use to climb out of my dark pit of depression. Yeah the ladder is gonna break, yeah you're gonna fall back into depression again.
