| Video Discription | The budget session of the parliament is underway and today both the houses took up the discussion on Motion of Thanks to the President Ramnath Kovind's address to the joint session of the parliament. However, as soon as the proceedings started, opposition parties created ruckus over the CAA and NRC issues. Rajyasbha had to be adjourned till 2 pm..while loksabha was adjourned for short duration.
