Or maybe you're frustrated that your company doesn't BUY-IN to the changes that you're making? In this video, I explain that it's not actually CHANGE ITSELF that people in your company are resisting. So, what are your people RESISTING? Organizational change is resisted for 2 reasons: 1) They don't feel there is a PURPOSE for the change -OR- They don't feel INVOLVED Bottom line is, when people know WHY they should change, most people will STEP-UP and make the changes necessary. The problem is leaders don't spending nearly enough time focusing on WHY the change is necessary. The other problem is, leaders don't give their people a seat at the table. As human beings we naturally want to be involved. In this video, I share a story about how to a leader cut his budget by 6% with almost no resistance to change.
