In the airport Marcello punches a FBI agent in the face leading to charges of assault. The Marcello Family was under attack from rival factions within his crime family, life Magazine, Time Magazine, Washington, RFK was returning to politics, Martin Luther King was changing the political layout of the South something Marcello & the far right despised. Marcello understood murder, corruption & how to read people. He sent his attack dogs after everyone literally everyone first the FBI, CIA, Lyndon B Johnson, J Edgar Hoover using Garrison. Jim Garrison starts a huge private investigation into the Kennedy assassination speaking to witnesses & trying to remove blame from Oswald & place it on to the Grassy Knowle. Garrison interviewed many witnesses who spoke about Mob involvement he ignored them what's scary is those people who trusted him & mentioned mafia were killed by Marcello many witnesses including valuable assets like Ferrie were all killed.
