How to use: ☑️ Select the appropriate training resistance by adjusting the weight unit handle. ☑️ Make sure that the weight unit is locked. ☑️ Take a firm standing position, facing the machine. ☑️ Place the bar behind your neck on the upper back muscles. Grab the bar with both hands. ☑️ Release the adjustment lever and extend your legs slightly. ☑️ Keep your chest open and your abs tight, squat by bending your hips back and return to the starting position. ☑️ After the last rep, release the bar back up slowly and lock the adjustment lever.
