| Video Discription | A yeasty dough stuffed with paneer mixture and baked. Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe. PANEER PARCELS Ingredients 250 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated Naan dough as required 1 tablespoon oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Refined flour for dusting Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté for a minute. 2. Add green chillies and turmeric powder and mix. Add cottage cheese, mix and cook for a minute. 3. Add salt and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside. 4. Preheat oven at 180° C. 5. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the naan dough on it, knock back to release excess air and roll out into a large sheet. 6. Cut out roundels using a medium size cookie cutter. Place a portion of the cooked cottage cheese mixture in the centre of each roundel, bring the edges together in the centre and pinch to seal. Place the parcels on a baking tray and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. 7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. 8. Serve hot.
