This video will show you how to easily make cook up some delicious potatoes in 15 - 20 minutes. Share a photo of it on Instagram with the #redorgreen and tag me -- I might just share it with my followers! :) ________________________________________________________________________ PAPITAS Ingredients: 2 medium to large russet potatoes 2 tablespoons canola oil ½-teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon pepper Directions: Peel potatoes and dice into ¼-inch cubes. Add canola oil to a medium sauté pan and heat on medium to high heat. Add diced potatoes, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir so that the oil coats all of the potatoes and cook for about 1 minute. Now turn the heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for about two minutes.
