| Video Discription | Me (The Fitness Diva) and the PGR peeps really had a lot of fun making this video. We didn't pre-rehearse the choreo to make perfect we actual did the song during a regular Hip Hop Cardio Fit Class. The tempo speed was speeded up to 7% so a lot faster then the original tempo speed of the song. Very easy simple for everyone to be able to follow. We took the end of the song from the original Anaconda Video by Nikki but put a little fitness twist with it and added knee pushups. Hope you enjoy it and can use in your fitness classes and make it your own. |
