Today Tim reviews Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris. This wine comes, as the winery name suggests, from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. This region is the most influential in Oregon and produces some of the best Pinot Noir wines and is getting more recognition for their Chardonnay and Pinot Gris as well. Fresh aromas of pear and apple on the nose. On the palate are flavors of soft, fresh apple and lemon zest. Some acidity appears on the finish to balance out this wine. Cheers!
