| Video Discription | In this video I'll show y'all how to make pepperoni pizza omelettes. Eggs filled with spicy pizza sauce, plenty of delicious pepperoni and melted mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. A quick and easy 5 minute dish. If you're bored with plain ole omelettes, give this recipe a try. SHOPPING LIST: 2 large eggs Splash of milk or water 1 tbls. salted butter 2 tbsp. spicy pizza sauce Pepperoni rounds. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste. Chives for garnish DIRECTIONS: In a bowl beat the eggs with a splash of milk or water. Beat well. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow to melt. Heat the pepperoni in another skillet on low heat. Pour the eggs into the heated skillet and gently shake the skillet to evenly distribute for even cooking. When the edges are cooked and most of the liquid is not visible on top add the pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheeses. Carefully flip one side of the omelette to the other side and sprinkle more of the two cheeses on top. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for about 1 more minute to heat the pepperoni and melt the cheeses. Slide the omelette onto a plate, garnish with chives and serve immediately.
