It has rich cultural and historical heritage, home to so many kings and capital of so many kingdoms it sure has a lot of stories to tell. Top 15 Places to Visit in Delhi City Tour are: 1. India gate India Gate defines Old Delhi. It was built in 1931 and has a memorial for martyrs of World War I and was called All India War Memorial. 2. Red Fort This fort is managed by the Archeological Survey of India and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007; it was the home to the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty for a more than 200 years. 3. Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple Out of the many temples in Delhi, this one holds a special attraction for the tourists and even for the local people around.
