In his address, he said that India is having a large network of testing and treatment which seems to be working effectively. Through PM Cares funding, there is a strong push on providing oxygen and ventilators to as many hospitals as possible and make medical colleges and other rural areas self-sufficient in the treatment of COVID positive cases. The PM also informed that more than 160 oxygen plants are to be established and the preparations for the same have already begun.
