After the 1st part of this series, now you can see we have visited the most offbeat Pobitira wildlife sanctuary of Assam which lies in the Morigaon district, 50kms away from the Guwahati city and covers 16 km² of the grazing land. Pobitora is very famous for one horned Rhinos and they are in more than hundreds in this sanctuary.. Here you can experience the wild landscape as well as visiting some of the animals by Jeep safari or Elephant safari. In Pobitira wildlife sanctuary, they have also fooding and lodging facilities. From the ropeway, the marvelous scene of Brahmaputra can be captured. The smallest Peacock and Umananda island can be also during the journey. In this cable car we can take a 1.8km journey to one way in the northern part of this river. The main terminal of this ropeway lies in the central part of the Guwahati city near the Panbazar area just opposite to the Nehru park. Everyone should take a ride atleat once to enjoy the splendid scene and drone like shot with your own eyes.
