It is very easy and simple one. It looks tempting and tastes delicious. You must be knowing about this recipe. But today I will give few tips and tricks to make perfect pohe. Though it is a perfect snack recipe, you can have it at any time of the day. In perfect kande pohe recipe each poha is soft, fluffy and separated. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe. Ingredients: • 2 cups thick Poha • 2 tbsp Oil • 2 tbsp raw Peanuts • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds • 1/4 tsp Hing • Curry leaves • 2 finely chopped Onions • 3 finely chopped Green chili • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder • Salt to taste • Sugar to taste • Finely chopped Coriander leaves Method: • Sieve the poha well and wash them well 3-4 times. • Cover and rest the poha. • Heat up oil in a pan and add peanuts. • Fry well until they turn reddish and take out in a dush. • In the same oil add mustard seeds and let them pop up. • When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, onion, green chili and fry well until onion gets light golden color. • Add turmeric powder and mix well. • Add poha, salt, sugar and mix well. • Cover and steam poha on low heat for at least 7-8 minutes. • Add coriander leaves and mix well. Kande pohe are all ready. • While serving garnish with coriander leaves, fine shev and fried peanuts and serve a lemon slice along with it.
